Refund policy
You can withdraw from your purchase and return the products within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason.
How to return a product
- Write to us at support@bananadog.eu or use the contact form and include your order number.
- We will confirm your return by e-mail and send you the return address and instructions.
- Pack the product securely, write your order number on the parcel and send it to the address from our confirmation.
Return shipping costs
The cost of sending the product back is paid by the buyer.
Refund
Once we have received and checked the returned product, we will refund the price of the product and the original standard shipping cost (the cheapest delivery method offered in our shop) to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.
Defective, damaged or wrong product
Please check your parcel on delivery. If the product is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at support@bananadog.eu. In this case we cover the return costs.
